Check-in took longer than expected, with rooms not ready at the designated time and poor communication regarding this delay. Some areas like the pool were unkempt, and the water from the AC unit on the patio splashed all over, making it difficult to enjoy the space. Additionally, certain amenities, especially breakfast options, felt limited and occasionally lacking basic items like coffee during busy hours.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn! Barbara at the front desk provided really good service, and the breakfast options were delicious. A minor letdown was the room's limited view. A good experience!

The location was perfect for enjoying local attractions and the rooms were spacious and clean, making our family stay enjoyable. We loved the breakfast options, especially the waffles, which were a big hit with the kids. The pool area was a great place to relax after our adventures. Unfortunately, there were some cleanliness issues by the pool that detracted from the overall experience.

Amazing staff, peaceful room, with Li being incredibly accommodating in advising us on local beaches and restaurants. our quiet second-floor room had easy access to the outdoor pool, and the kids enjoyed watching iguanas in the backyard.

For us it was ideal.

perfect spot for city walks and beach fun

I really enjoyed how close we were to Sombrero Reef for some snorkeling and just a quick stroll to Sunset Park, where the views were absolutely stunning. it made our weekend adventure unforgettable, with so much to explore right nearby.

The room was nice, but the ceiling had mold and poor maintenance issues.

I had the best stay in a King Room with a Roll-in Shower! The spacious room was inviting and clean Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a treat, with an very nice variety of waffles that made mornings so much brighter!

the location of the hampton inn was super convenient, just a short drive to the seven mile bridge and close to local restaurants. our room was spacious, clean, and cozy, which made our week-long stay really enjoyable. the breakfast was a highlight with loads of options, and i loved the variety of waffle makers available. they even had sturdy high chairs for our baby, which was a huge plus!

A Memorable Island Escape

Our stay exceeded expectations! Enjoyed sunrises by the ocean views and sipped amazing coffee at breakfast. The spacious, clean room was a fantastic retreat after our day trips. Be sure to check pool availability ahead of time, as it was closed during our visit.
